ASKO Professional dishwashers have two programs, SaniA and SaniB, which increase the temperature in the final rinse to 85 ºC. SaniA increases the temperature to 85 ºC for 10 minutes and SaniB increases it to 85 ºC for 3 minutes. According to International Organization for Standardization, the disinfection happens when the disinfection parameter A0 value of 600 is achieved, which happens when the temperature is reached 85 ºC for at least 3 minutes.
